Sıkça Sorulan Sorular Questions

To preserve the shine and beauty of your products, we recommend keeping them away from chemicals (perfume, soap, etc.) and gently wiping them with special jewelry cleaning cloths. Keeping it in its box when not in use will protect it against scratches.

We achieve the vibrant depth of color that is the signature of KISWAH designs with the traditional Enamel Art (Enamel) technique.

KISWAH combines the most exquisite art form of the East, Calligraphy, with the luxury of modern diamonds.

Inspired by the tradition of the Kiswah engraved on the Kaaba, we use Islamic calligraphic motifs in our jewelry, such as the Word of God, the Blessing or Islamic calligraphy with special meaning. These motifs are framed by perfectly cut diamonds and high quality gold (usually 18K). The result is one-of-a-kind luxury pieces that are not only eye-catching, but also have a deep cultural and symbolic meaning.

Yes, we at Kiswah Jewellery are confident in our products and stand behind our craftsmanship. All Kiswah Jewellery products are covered by a 1 year repair and maintenance warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. Damages caused by user error (falling, breakage, chemical contact, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

Careful maintenance is important to preserve the sentimental value and original beauty of your jewelry containing a piece of Kaaba cloth. Please note that due to the natural silk nature of the Kaaba cover, it may show slight discoloration over time; this is completely normal and does not affect the authenticity or value of the product.

However, to prevent damage to these delicate pieces and precious metals, you should keep them away from chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hairspray, chlorinated water (pool), sea water and heavy cleaning materials. You should also protect your jewelry from drops and impacts and use only a soft, dry cloth when cleaning. You can find our detailed usage and care instructions on our [Usage and Care Instructions Page] page.
