Can I Change or Cancel My Order After I Place It?

As Kiswah Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders to you in the fastest way possible. Therefore, the process after placing your order is fast.

Order Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been processed, you can usually request a cancellation within 2 hours. In this case, we will issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, special production orders or personalized items cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Order Modification:

If you wish to change the content of your order (product model, size, etc.) or the delivery address, it is important that you also inform us of this request within 2 hours of placing your order.

If you contact us within this period, we will make the necessary changes if possible. However, it may not be possible to make changes if your order is already in the production or shipping phase.
