Once your return request is approved, your refund will be reflected in your account within 3-7 business days. This time depends on banking processes.

If your order has not yet been processed, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. In this case we will issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for custom-made or processed orders.
