Procedure To start the damage assessment and repair process, you must first email us clear photos of your jewelry and your warranty certificate (or invoice). Our experts will assess the nature of the damage (whether it is a manufacturing defect or the result of use).

Delicate Pieces (Kaaba Cover): If your jewelry contains a Kaaba Cover (Kiswah), the repair process requires a more delicate procedure. Special precautions are taken to prevent damage to the cover and these pieces are only handled by our certified craftsmen.

Pricing: Manufacturing defects within the warranty period are repaired free of charge. For damage caused by use, you will be informed in advance of the repair cost and estimated time frame, and the process will begin after your approval.
