  • Once our Customer Care team has reviewed your application, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your product to us for warranty inspection and repair.
  • When we receive your product, a detailed examination will be carried out by our expert team. Your products that are determined to be under warranty will be repaired or replaced if necessary and sent back to you as soon as possible.

2. Subject matter of the contract

  • This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the User electronically from the website kiswahjewellery.com of Kiswah Jewellery.

3. Membership and Account Security

  • You may need to create a membership in order to benefit from some services on the website. You must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during membership transactions.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password. Kiswah Jewellery is not responsible for any damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.
  • If the security of your account is compromised, you must notify Kiswah Jewellery immediately at sales@kiswahjewellery.com.

4. Products and Prices

  • Kiswah Jewellery is not responsible for price errors due to typographical errors.

5. Order and Payment

6. Delivery

  • If the product is found to be damaged during delivery, a report should be made to the cargo officer and the product should not be received.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Kiswah Jewellery products cannot be returned due to their personal and sentimental value.
  • 1 year repair and maintenance warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. Damages caused by user error (fall, breakage, chemical contact, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
  • In cases where gold needs to be added during repair, the customer will be informed and the process will be carried out with their approval; the additional cost belongs to the customer.
  • Repair and maintenance operations are performed only in Kiswah Jewellery workshop. Products that have been intervened outside the workshop are not covered by the warranty.
  • Please note that your jewelry containing a piece of Kaaba cloth may show slight discoloration over time due to its natural structure; this is completely normal.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All contents of the website (design, text, images, logo, etc.) belong to Kiswah Jewellery and are protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be used, copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Other Provisions
