Shipping is completely free on your orders. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to certain countries. Rates and delivery times may vary depending on location. Estimated delivery time is 10 working days.
*Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes depending on their country's customs regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking and Delivery Information
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- For express or express shipping options, your order is prioritized to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Using this number you can track the progress of your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.
Exchange and Warranty Conditions

- Once our Customer Care team has reviewed your application, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your product to us for warranty inspection and repair.
- When we receive your product, a detailed examination will be carried out by our expert team. Your products that are determined to be under warranty will be repaired or replaced if necessary and sent back to you as soon as possible.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we know that each piece of jewelry is special to you. As Kiswah Jewellery, due to our personal hygiene and special production standards, we cannot accept returns on our necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets.
Although we do not have a return policy in this special product group, all our jewelry is under the 1-year warranty of Kiswah Jewellery in order to provide you with the highest quality service. You can safely use your products under this guarantee against defects that may occur due to production.

Out of warranty cases:

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of its creation. Orders that exceed this period and are shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
