How can I place an order?
- Product Selection: Browse the product pages in detail to find the product(s) you like.
- Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page of the item you wish to purchase. (For custom-made or pre-order items, please follow the special instructions on the product page.)
- Cart Confirmation: Click the “View Cart” button to review all the products you have added to your cart and adjust the quantities if necessary.
- Order Completion: Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page where you will enter your contact information, shipping address, and select your payment method.
- Order Confirmation: After reviewing all the information, click the “Confirm Order” button to complete your order.
Where are you sending it?
How long does it take to receive a refund?
At Kiswah Jewellery, our products have sentimental value and are made through a special production process. Therefore, our return policy is as follows:
If your order has not yet been processed, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours. In this case, we will issue a full refund.
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be credited to your account within 3-7 business days. This timeframe depends on banking processes.
Unfortunately, returns are not possible for custom-made or processed orders.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Answer: To reset your password, follow these steps:
Go to our website’s login page.
Click on the “Forgot my password” or “Forgot my password” link below the login form.
On the page that opens, enter the email address associated with your account and click the “Reset Password” or “Send” button.
An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. (Check your spam/junk folder if necessary.)

Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes, at Kiswah Jewellery, we stand behind our products and craftsmanship. All Kiswah Jewellery products are covered by a 1-year repair and maintenance warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. Damage caused by user error (dropping, breaking, chemical contact, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
Repair and maintenance services are only performed at the Kiswah Jewellery workshop. Products that have been tampered with outside the workshop are not covered by the warranty. For more detailed information about warranty conditions, please visit our Terms and Conditions Page.
