Kiswah Jewellery believes that the process of delivering your chosen unique pieces to you should be as flawless as the design of our jewelry. We deliver from our workshops in Istanbul to all corners of the world with trust and care.

 

1. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (TURKEY)

All your orders within Turkey are delivered to your doorstep under high security standards.

  • Free Insured Shipping: All your orders are insured by Kiswah Jewellery until delivery. We work with Turkey’s leading courier and shipping companies for our deliveries.

  • Delivery Time: * Products in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days.

    • The preparation process for custom-made or personalized designs is 7-14 business days.

  • Store Pickup: If you prefer, you can pick up your online orders from our Kapalıçarşı or Mall of İstanbul stores by making an appointment.

  • VIP Courier (Within Istanbul): We offer same-day delivery options for urgent orders within Istanbul. Please contact us for details.


2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OVERSEAS)

With our global luxury standard logistics network, we ship jewelry to every corner of the world, from Doha to New York, London to Tokyo.

  • Secure Logistics Partners: Our international shipments are handled by global networks such as DHL Express or FedEx and are carried out with special insurance procedures suitable for jewelry transportation.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on customs processes, the delivery time after shipment is typically between 3-7 business days.

  • Customs and Taxes: * Import duties, fees, and customs charges that may arise according to the customs regulations of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • Note: Special delivery terms apply for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries for orders placed through our Doha store.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you can track the entire process in real time using the tracking number that will be sent to you.

3. PACKAGING AND PRESENTATION

Each piece of Kiswah is shipped in our signature luxury protective boxes, along with its certificate and warranty. The outer packaging is designed to be discreet, ensuring security by not revealing the contents.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if my order is lost in transit? All our shipments are insured by us until delivery. Kiswah Jewellery is fully responsible for any loss.

When will my order be shipped? You can check the status of your order via the “My Account” panel or the email sent to you.

Do you offer gift wrapping? All our orders are shipped in our standard, prestigious gift boxes. If you wish to add a special note, you can specify this in the shopping cart section.

4. SECURITY AND INSURANCE

Every second your jewelry spends in transit is our responsibility.

  • Full Coverage Insurance: All Kiswah Jewellery shipments are fully insured against theft, loss, or damage during transit.

  • Sealed Packaging: Our packages are sealed with special tamper-evident tape and security labels that are noticeable if tampered with.

  • Identity-Based Delivery: Our valuable shipments are delivered only to the person specified in the order, after identity verification and upon signature.


5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT PROCEDURES (INTERNATIONAL)

Wherever you are in the world, we simplify your customs processes.

  • Transparent Process: If additional documents are required according to the customs regulations of the destination country, our partners (DHL/FedEx) will contact you directly to manage the process.

  • Documentation Support: Jewelry certificates and customs declarations are kept in a special compartment outside the package, in accordance with international trade regulations.


6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESSES

Your satisfaction is as important to us as your jewelry.

  • Return Conditions: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product’s security tag is unopened and unused.

  • Return Shipping: For return shipments, it is mandatory to use the insured shipping methods we will direct you to for the safety of the product.

  • Note: Returns cannot be accepted for products that are custom-designed or modified (e.g., ring size).


7. ORDER TRACKING AND SUPPORT

Stay informed about every step of your order.

  • Instant Notifications: You will receive automatic SMS and email notifications when your order is prepared, shipped, and arrives at the delivery branch.

  • Live Tracking: You can track the real-time location of your package on a map via DHL, FedEx, or domestic courier systems using the tracking number provided to you.
