Your collected personal data is processed by Kiswah Jewellery for the following purposes in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Marketing and Communication: To inform you about our products and services, send campaigns, promotions, and announcements (with your consent).

• Compliance with Legal Obligations: Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from relevant legislation (tax, e-invoicing, etc.).

• Business Development and Analysis: Improving our service quality, enhancing customer experience, analyzing website/mobile application usage.

• Security: Ensuring the security of physical and electronic environments (e.g., camera recordings).

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

The main categories of personal data processed by Kiswah Jewellery are as follows:

• Identity Information: First Name, Last Name, Turkish ID Number (if legally required).

• Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address.

• Financial Information: Payment details (credit card information is processed only by the payment institution, Kiswah Jewellery does not store it), bank account details (for refunds).

• Customer Transaction Information: Order information, billing information, request/complaint records, purchase history.

• Visual/Audio Recordings: Security camera recordings in stores.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following third parties in accordance with the purposes specified above and the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Suppliers and Business Partners: Shipping/logistics companies for product delivery, banks and payment institutions handling payment transactions.

• Service Providers: Third parties from whom we receive support services such as email/SMS delivery, e-commerce infrastructure, and accounting services.

• Private Individuals Explicitly Authorized by Law.

6. Rights of the Data Subject Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to Kiswah Jewellery:

• Requesting information about whether your personal data has been processed,

• Requesting information about the processing of personal data,

• Learning the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,

• Request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by law,¹

• Request notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding the actions taken in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) above,²

• Objecting to the analysis of processed data by automated systems that are solely or mainly based on such analysis, resulting in a decision that adversely affects the individual,

• Requesting compensation for damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

7. Application Method

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to Kiswah Jewellery using the methods specified in Article 13 of the KVKK and by the Personal Data Protection Board, along with the application form:

• In writing: You can send it with a wet signature to [Data Controller’s Address].

• By email: You can send it to sales@kiswahjewellery.com by signing it with a secure electronic signature or via the email address previously provided to us and registered in our system to sales@kiswahjewellery.com.

Your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the rates set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
