• Kiswah Jewellery reserves the right to change product prices, stock availability, and campaign conditions without prior notice.

3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

• Uniqueness: Kiswah Jewellery collections include high-art value, handcrafted products. Therefore, minor variations in weight (grams) and gemstone cuts may occur between products; such variations are a testament to the product’s unique nature.

• Visual Representation: Images on the site are intended to reflect the products as realistically as possible. However, the seller is not responsible for slight tonal differences arising from digital screen settings or resolutions.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY

• Due to the volatility of precious metal and gemstone prices in the jewellery sector, prices at the exact time of the order shall apply.

• In case of exorbitant pricing errors caused by system malfunctions, Kiswah Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the buyer.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

• All designs, logos, texts, and all visual materials belonging to the “Kiswah” brand on the site are protected by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and international copyright laws.

• No content produced or displayed at our ISTWEST-based headquarters may be copied or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

• Products produced in custom sizes (such as ring resizing) or products with custom engravings/inscriptions are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the “Distance Sales Agreement.”

• For standard products, the return process is 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product’s security seal remains unbroken and the product is unused.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

• In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
